We're Harry and Kristy. We build the tools we wished we had when we were running the businesses ourselves.
Our Story
Between the two of us, we've worked in automotive dealerships, restaurants, real estate, insurance, mortgage, construction, retail, and property management. Always in operational roles. The kind where you're the one pulling the reports, running the numbers, and figuring out why the books don't balance.
We kept building our own tools along the way. The HOA suite came from years of managing real associations in Florida (600+ units across multiple communities). The restaurant template started as a food cost tracker for a business plan. The construction workbooks grew out of a half-broken spreadsheet we inherited from a previous GC.
After doing this long enough across enough industries, we realized every operator has the same problem: the off-the-shelf tools are either too expensive or too generic. So we started packaging ours.

What We Make

Every spreadsheet ships with sample data so you can see how it works, plus a blank version when you're ready to start.
