We're Harry and Kristy. We build the tools we wished we had when we were running the businesses ourselves.
Our Story
Between the two of us: Harry is a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) in Florida with years managing HOAs and condo associations, a licensed commercial insurance agent in Florida, a former Fixed Operations Director at auto dealerships, a licensed real estate broker, and he grew up in a machine shop. Kristy is a finance director at an auto dealership, a licensed real estate agent, and a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator.
Together we've owned, operated, and flipped a laundromat. We've flipped and still own investment real estate. Kristy built and ran a restaurant. Harry managed auto shops and parts departments, and was a retail manager when he was younger. The operational roles, always. The kind where you're the one pulling the reports, running the numbers, and figuring out why the books don't balance at the end of the month.
We kept building our own tools along the way. The HOA suite came from years of managing real associations in Florida (600+ units across multiple communities). The auto dealership workbooks came from closing the books every month for years. The restaurant template started as a food cost tracker for Kristy's business plan. The construction workbooks grew out of a half-broken spreadsheet Harry inherited from a previous GC. The investment-property tools came from our own rental portfolio.
After doing this long enough across enough industries, we realized every operator has the same problem: the off-the-shelf tools are either too expensive or too generic. So we started packaging ours.

What We Make
40+ industries now, and we only build for ones we've actually worked in or run. Each product is built the way the business runs, not how a designer imagines it might.
We make spreadsheets with real formulas (not empty cells), document packs with actual contracts and forms, Notion workspaces with connected databases, presentations you can customize in minutes, and WordPress plugins you install on your own site. Every spreadsheet ships with sample data so you can see how it works, plus a blank version when you're ready to start.
