Pricing questions
How do I buy and install Pro?
Sign in (or create a free account), pick a plan and pay through Stripe. Your license key appears in your account straight away and arrives by email. Install the free plugin and the Pro add-on, then paste the key under the plugin’s License screen.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Every Pro license has a 14-day money-back guarantee, on the first purchase and on each renewal, no questions asked. Email hello@fennecpress.com with your order and we’ll refund it in full. The license is deactivated when the refund goes through.
Does it renew automatically?
Yes, once a year, at the price you paid, until you cancel. Cancel any time from the Licenses page in your account or by emailing hello@fennecpress.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro keeps working on your sites either way.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
Not at the moment. The free plugins have no time limit, so you can try everything in them first, and every Pro license has a 14-day money-back guarantee.
What does a Pro license cover?
Updates and support for a year on the number of sites you choose. It doesn’t decide whether features run: if the license lapses, Pro keeps working and you just stop getting updates.
Is there ever a transaction fee?
No. Fennec Members takes 0% of member payments in the free plugin and in every Pro plan.
What’s in Learn Pro?
It’s planned, not built. Candidates include selling courses without Members, question banks, timers and a certificate designer. It’s included in Everything when it ships.
