14-day money-back guarantee
Purchases on fennecpress.com are sold by The Schoeller Group LLC. Every purchase (templates, document packs, bundles, Pro plugin licenses and each annual renewal of a license) comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. Ask within 14 days of the payment and we refund it in full. You don't need to give a reason.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@fennecpress.com within 14 days of the payment with:
- the email address you used at checkout, and
- the product, license or order you want refunded.
We reply within two business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show them. Any tax you paid on the refunded amount is refunded with it.
What a refund does
- Templates, document packs and bundles: the download links for that order stop working, and we ask you to delete any copies you downloaded. A refund of a bundle refunds the whole bundle.
- Pro plugin licenses: the license is deactivated, its automatic renewal is cancelled, and it no longer receives updates, downloads or support. Refunding a renewal ends the license from that renewal.
- AI Pre-Fill is included with the template it fills, so it is refunded with that template.
After 14 days
After the 14-day window, purchases are not refundable. We still stand behind what we sell: if a product is defective (broken formulas, missing or corrupt files, a plugin that fails to work as documented on a supported setup, or something materially different from its description), email us and we will fix it, replace it, or refund it if we can't. If we stop supporting a Pro add-on during a paid period, we refund the unused portion of that period, calculated by day, on request.
Cancelling a renewal
Cancelling stops future renewals and is separate from a refund. Use the cancel-renewal option on the Licenses page of your account, the Billing section of your account, or email hello@fennecpress.com. The license stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. See Terms section 6.
Free trials
Free Pro trials don't take a payment card and never charge you, so there is nothing to refund. When a trial ends, Pro features switch off on that site and your data stays.
Disputes and chargebacks
Please email us before disputing a charge. A refund is usually faster. If a dispute is decided against us, the related downloads and license end.
Your legal rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country that gives you a right to withdraw from an online purchase, our 14-day guarantee applies to digital products in addition to that right and is at least as generous. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that apply to you.
